Paramsothi Parameswaran, who was born in Kokuvil, Jaffna and resided in Canada, passed away on Tuesday, 15-09-2026.

He was the eldest son of the late Paramsothi-Annamma couple, the son-in-law of the late Maylvaganam-Irasamma couple, the beloved husband of Saroja (Canada), the loving father of Keerthi (Canada), and the beloved brother of Bhuvaneswari (Canada), Nakuleswari (Kokuvil), Rajeswari (Canada) and Yogeswari (Kokuvil).
